First 5 Days Rule

You can assume infertility the first five days of your cycle if you had a temperature shift twelve to sixteen days prior to the start of your period.

Note: For women in perimenopause this rule never applies, they should never assume infertility around the beginning of the cycle. You can enable a 'Menopause' mode in the evaluation settings.
